Who is this for?

Presenters, facilitators, trainers, managers, UN delegates, Prime Ministers of small countries, hairdressers or anyone for whom captivating communications are vital to success.

Why do this workshop?

A great presentation is more than content and techniques. Get as many communication techniques as you like, have your PowerPoint presentation in holographic 3D with singing aardvarks doing a jig but if it doesn’t have some spark of your genuine core energy, it will be, to use a highly technical term "dead boring".

This workshop will teach you how to create captivating communications by putting something of yourself into it!  This is easier than it sounds!

It’s just a matter of tapping into something that is already there.

As an experiential workshop, you will jump right in to many enjoyable exercises throughout the day. You'll learn through active involvement.

  • The energetics of connecting and being memorable
  • Understanding audience psychology – what do they want?
  • What it means to be authentic and congruent
  • How to be a generous communicator
  • How to create a relationship with your audience so they hang on your every word
  • The benefits of reflective listening and creating dialogue with your listeners
  • Managing anxiety
  • The “Popeye principle” of self-acceptance and self-confidence
  • Clearing the things that get in the way of being “present”
  • Using humor effectively
  • Bring your persona to sales scripts (for sales oriented workshops)
  • Death by power point and how to use aides well
  • Technical considerations (microphones, etc)

After this workshop, you will:
